Park & Ride car parks in Palma
Park & Ride (P+R) is a practical service offered by the city of Palma that lets you park your vehicle outside the city centre free of charge and continue your journey by public transport. It helps reduce traffic in the city centre and gives you a stress-free arrival – no more searching for a free space in crowded car parks or spending a fortune on parking.
From all Park & Ride car parks, you can reach the city centre comfortably and air-conditioned (!) via regularly operating buses or metro lines. Each car park also has bike rental stations (including e-bikes), which you can book easily via app – even for one-way rides.
Whether by public transport or by bike – both options have one big advantage: you’ll see much more of Palma than just the usual areas.
At present, Palma has four Park & Ride car parks with a total capacity of around 1,900 spaces.
For planning purposes, below you’ll find the approximate times from each car park to the Passeig des Born – i.e. walking time to the bus stop + travel time + walking time to Passeig.

€5 car parks as an alternative
If you prefer not to park too far outside the centre and don’t mind walking 20–30 minutes into town, the €5 per day car parks in Palma are a great alternative. Here you can leave your car in an underground car park all day for a flat rate of €5.
