Hotels in Palma with private parking
Palma is perfect for a day trip – but honestly: one day is almost never enough. Between the old town lanes, the Cathedral, shopping on the Passeig des Born, tapas bars, the harbour promenade, museums and markets, there’s simply too much to discover.
So why not just plan one or two nights in Palma? That way, the trip is much more relaxed and you’ll have plenty of time to explore the city.
But what about the car? Especially in high season, looking for a parking spot in Palma can be tiring – particularly if you arrive during the day or in the evening, or if you’re travelling with (small) children. Or if you’re spending your Mallorca holiday in the north, east or south of the island and don’t feel like having to drive “home” in the evening – tired and in the dark.
The most comfortable solution is a hotel with its own parking. You park right at the hotel (or use their valet parking) and don’t have to worry about anything else. Then you can easily go out for dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. You can go to the theatre, the cinema, or visit a jazz club – and afterwards simply fall into your hotel bed. Perfect!
And just like that, your Palma trip becomes a little holiday within your holiday 🙂

With 180 rooms, it’s noticeably larger than many boutique properties. You’ll reach the Passeig del Born in just a few minutes on foot — ideal if you want to explore Palma on foot.
Can Alomar Hotel
It doesn’t get much more closer: Can Alomar is practically on the Passeig del Born (1 minute on foot). The adults-only hotel has 16 rooms; depending on the category you can expect approx. 35–55 m², plus an outdoor pool, restaurant and bar. For your car, there are parking spaces at the hotel (for a fee) — great if you don’t want to search for parking in the old town.
MHOUSE Boutique Hotel Palma
Boutique vibes right in Palma: MHOUSE has 33 rooms, from approx. 22 to 59 m². There’s also an outdoor pool, a bar and family-friendly options. Practical if you’re arriving by car: there are (paid) parking options and even an EV charging station. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the Passeig del Born.
El Llorenc Parc de la Mar
El Llorenç Parc de la Mar is an adults-only hideaway with 33 rooms and valet parking for guests. Rooms start at a compact 19 m² and go up to 40 m² with a sea-view suite. It’s about a 10–12 minute walk to the Passeig des Born (approx. 850 m). Up top you’ll find two pools, plus a spa & wellness area, fitness, two restaurants and a bar — perfect after the old town.
Boutique Hotel Posada Terra Santa
Elegant boutique hotel with 26 rooms (approx. 25–52 m²). After exploring the city, unwind in the spa & wellness centre or at one of the two pools; for food and drinks there are two restaurants plus a bar. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the Passeig des Born. Parking is available (for a fee).

On top: spa & wellness, two restaurants, a bar and a small pool area to catch your breath. It’s only about a 3-minute walk to the Passeig del Born — perfect for city walks without driving and parking stress.
Hotel Can Cera
Luxury adults-only hideaway in the historic centre: Can Cera has 14 rooms/suites (approx. 30–60 m²), some with extra space for up to three people. Depending on the category, you’ll stay in approx. 30–52 m² and after your city stroll you have spa & wellness plus a bar right in the hotel. The highlight is the rooftop terrace (perfect to unwind). It’s about a 5-minute walk to the Passeig del Born; a private parking space is available.
Bordoy Continental Palma
A solid city option with 52 rooms (approx. 23–25 m²) and a focus on comfort: fitness centre, bar, sauna, plus facilities for guests with disabilities. It’s about a 9-minute walk to the Passeig del Born (around 0.8 km) — close enough to the centre, but in a slightly more relaxed location. Ideal if you want to start Palma without searching for parking.
Protur Naisa Palma Hotel

Brick Palma
Small, urban and super central: Brick Palma has 11 rooms (approx. 16–32 m²) and stands out with family rooms, a bar and a terrace for a sundowner. Parking spaces are available right at the property (paid). Heading towards shopping and the Passeig des Born, you’ll walk roughly 10–12 minutes, depending on the route.
Ars Magna Bleisure Hotel
Compact and close to the city: Ars Magna is a small hotel (28 rooms) on Carrer Blanquerna — a lively area with lots of cafés and shops. You get an outdoor pool, restaurant and bar, plus family-friendly room categories. Walking towards the old town / Passeig del Born takes roughly 15–20 minutes — great if you don’t want to drive again in the evening.
HM Palma Blanc
Urban chic with a feel-good factor: HM Palma Blanc has 118 rooms and offers an outdoor pool, spa & wellness, restaurant and fitness — great if you want to combine city and relaxation. According to the provider, rooms start at approx. 12 m². Practical for your car: the (paid) underground car park. It’s about a 6-minute walk to La Rambla — so the Born is also easy to reach on foot.
Hotel Glòria de Sant Jaume
A very small city hotel with just 14 rooms — ideal if you like it quiet and personal. The rooms are spacious (approx. 32–50 m²), plus there’s a spa & wellness centre as well as a restaurant and bar. Location bonus: it’s only about a 3-minute walk (around 0.3 km) to the Passeig del Born.
Hotel Convent de la Missió
Quiet 5-star boutique hotel with 27 rooms/suites (approx. 35–75 m²). Two pools (indoor & rooftop), spa & wellness, fitness, plus a restaurant and bar make it the perfect base for Palma. It’s about 750 m on foot to the Passeig del Born. Parking / valet parking is available (for a fee).
