Park & Ride

Five free park-and-ride car parks with a total capacity of around 2,000 parking spaces

More public parking options in Palma are already being planned. The focus is mainly on new park-and-ride sites in locations such as Can Pastilla, Son Bordoy, Son Dureta and Son Espases. Together with the existing facilities, this is intended to create space for around 5,000 vehicles in the long term.

A parking garage beneath Carrer Josep Darder is also specifically being planned, with a capacity of 577 parking spaces. How many of these will be public has not yet been decided.

In addition, an underground car park with 700 parking spaces is to be built next to the former Gesa building.
