The bullring of Palma – an architectural landmark
Built in 1929, the Plaça de Toros in Palma is one of Mallorca’s most striking historical arenas. With its circular structure and decorative Neo-Moorish details, it stands as an important architectural landmark of the city. Originally designed for bullfighting, the arena today serves mainly as a venue for cultural events, concerts and festivals. Its impressive capacity of over 10,000 spectators makes it one of the island’s major event locations.
Parking at Plaça de Toros
The bullring is located just outside the city centre and is easy to reach by car.
Parking in the surrounding streets is usually straightforward – the spaces are marked in white and therefore free of charge.
If no space is available, for example during events, you’ll find additional options within an 8–10-minute walk, including the car park Parking Parc de ses Estacions and the underground car parks Parking Palmacenter and Parking S’Escorxador.
